Expansion of Council Act

Article I: council will be expanded from 7 to 9 members.

Article II: this act will go into effect on the completion of the June-July elections.

I feel like this Nation has gotten too big to be represented by solely 7 members. We need more government diversity and 2 more seats may also help with that.

u/SomWanOnTheInternet... it's not fixed at 7? It's decided by a public referendum each month. This month the result ended up as 7 again: https://www.reddit.com/r/TeenGovernment/comments/1tbnyah/results_of_the_council_size_referendum/ also if you seek to change the number of council seats / process for coming to a number I believe that'd need to be an amendment.
