With reference to article 1.6 of the [CAPWA](https://www.reddit.com/r/TeenGovernment/s/4mp3dNKvZ5) act,which was passed by the council, a new post flair named "Clarification From Council" shall be created within 24 hours of the passing of this proposition.

We have a `New post flair request` flair for this. You can just do a mod request for something like this. It doesn't have to go through council.
