Author: ForsakenBuilder7061 Overview: Farmers have been neglected for too long, and I am proposing a bill that would task the Economic Minister to protect and ensure a stable agricultural sector of the economy. Article I: The Economy Minister shall be entrusted in distributing subsidies for farmers within the rural economy. Article II: The Economic Minister may appoint a citizen to manage the subsidies, but the Minister is ultimately responsible for their actions. Article III: In the case of a farm failure, resources from the Economic Department may be allocated while the farm is being restored. Article IV: For upstart farms, farm equipment may be allocated from the Economy Minister to encourage development of the rural economy. Farms must be assessed for success before resources may be allocated.
