Random Yapping: Insurance companies are interesting and, as we can see in real life, can be untrustworthy. So, this act (or amendment if it is one) will fix that before it starts in the event of an insurance company. All these following amendments apply to insurance companies Article I: Terms must be clearly stated, for example if the company will only do insurance for a month, that can’t be in small text, it has to be clearly stated and shown. Article II: Insurance companies are required to pay their customer the amount promised should the insurance activate, (for example, they wreck their car) UNLESS Article III applies. Article III: If the customer is at fault for something, (for example, they damage their house to get insurance) the company can file a lawsuit for abusing the company, where if they win, they don’t have to pay, and the customer is subject to any penalties for damaging or destroying the thing(s) that were covered by insurance. The company does not have to file a lawsuit if the customer has already been found guilty for that. (for example, they were in a car crash and deemed guilty) Article IV: The customer can file a lawsuit against the company for not following the past three articles.

I’m in support of this! We really have to nip it in the bud before it starts hurting our citizens.

I would suggest adding a "Cancellation clause" that puts the situations in which either party can terminate the insurance policy (with notice periods specified).
This will ensure that
a) The insured doesn't end the contract leading to the insurer making a loss.
b) The insurer doesn't cancel the contract immediately after the insured misses payment of premium and the insurer has a grace period.
Edit: Grammar
