Since so many new people are popping up recently wondering about Parties, I decided to make this post to put our information in one place for anyone interested, or even old timers who still don't know!

VIES is the second biggest political party in r/Teengovernment! And the main one to go to for focusing on progression and your future (So is DIP though, definitely check them out, definitely not a *small* party, and they're built for innovation too) Much of our branding is through images of Vox, the TV-headed guy you see in the images of this post. Though there is plenty based on Aeolus, the god of the wind. 

If you're in here for the fandoms, well let me just show you to our big contributers in our inspiration: Hazbin Hotel, and Epic the Musical! If either of those interst you, well you're gonna find a lot of like minded people in VIES!

"VIES" is not an acronym, instead a merger of the names of two previous parties called V.E.E.S. And VICE

VIES has an idea built in that it will always have two or three leaders. Right now, the Co-heads are Me, u/Thatonefrein, or known as Vice, or just Frein. And u/Trickster-123, or Tricky.

VIES is a left-leaning party, which focuses mainly on progression, but also holds several other beliefs, the official list being Progressivism, Naturalism, Feminism, Equality, Capitalism. 

Though VIES is officially Capitalist, anyone of any ideology is welcome, because we believe that Diversity, especially in ideology, is not just preferred, but neccicary!

VIES has only ever had three leaders. And only one of which has since left. That one was u/Gaaabe7. Who also happens to be my ex-boyfriend. He's gone now, left the sub too!

VIES has been requested a lot to do a Villain arc, and it *is* happening, but it will all be fun and roleplay, nothing actually serious like DueJob, a former mod and council member gone insane and extremist. We do not want a fun villain arc get in the way if we really seem interesting to you!

I myself run a company called Vicetek. Though it is *related* to VIES by blood, there is little connection!
