“Declare the sub in an emergency state and make decisions without a 4/7 vote from council, but council can still overrule decisions”. In the rules section of this subreddit, it says the president can make decisions without going to council in a state of emergency, yet the council can still say no and overrule the decision, so what’s the point of having this rule if essentially nothing changes in how decisions are made in and out of a state of emergency?? If I’m dumb and just misunderstanding the rule please let me know loll

it passes faster, so in emergency they can make decisions fast without having to go through the slow process of the council

I guess it’s basically the vote is done after the decision is made, rather than than before
