I propose a bill that in short. Will make where the government will be 'shut down' on holidays and other important days that we enshrine to us.

Section I
On many holidays (listed at the bottom) the government will pause briefly for the day and resume the next day unless another holiday is there. This act will focus on the time of guaranteeing days where all people will be able to calm down and relax if you can say.

Section II
On holidays that are plagued with a controversy or a major threat to ones well being that is correlated with the Subreddit, it may be operated but the council and president shall be able to use Section I of this bill if they would like to. 

I myself approve of this, citizens may comment if they also approve of this bill if they desire.

(either the 25th or 30th of november),
