I'd like to propose we adopt the feature of custom flairs.
In past small teen run subreddits, custom flairs have shown to be a great way to signal important information about an individual, where they stand on a topic, and perhaps something unique about them. They also frequently work as icebreakers, a simple "your flair is so funny" and boom the ~~society~~ subreddit is already that much closer.
