Military Bill

20251203-1 \\ ??? words \\ Rejected \\ Imported from Reddit - Status: No Vote

If, for some reason we’re doing a military thing, these are some rules I propose.
AMENDMENT I
No drafting, forcing, threatening, blackmailing, etc. into the military. The military can be a dangerous place, and not everyone is cut out for the intense training, the heart to injure enemy soldiers, or the danger.
AMENDMENT II
Members of the military are only allowed into a civilian’s house if the civilian agrees of their own free will. However, if someone is seriously injured, they have the right to have some sort of medical help, from a full on operation to a medicine kit. The civilian has the right to choose which one.
AMENDMENT III
Anyone who leaves the military has to give up their weapons, anything that could cause someone harm, and other things such as bulletproof vests and what not. They are allowed to keep their uniform and any medals, obviously.
AMENDMENT IV
If the military believes that you might be endangering the society, they are allowed to search your home ONLY IF they have a search warrant, like the police, and have good evidence that you might have done something. However, they cannot injure you in any way or sentence you before the trial. But if the civilian attacks them first, they have the right to self defense.
AMENDMENT V
The military is made to serve their society, and cannot be used in personal errands, crimes and threats, etc. The might of the military shall only be invoked if someone or something is posing a threat to the society.
If you have any things you’d like to change about the bill, or any amendments you’d like to add, tell me in the comments.
