I, DizzyInternal, of sound mind and body, propose this sub flag to the council. The Phoenix represents this new generation, rebirth, overcoming adversity. The blue represents comraderie, pride, and solidarity. The gold represents the horizons we overcome and the advantages we obtain while overcoming them. The white ring represents purity and unity. COUNCIL: feel free to polish colors and such if this is passed. Thank you for your time, i worked hard to get this design!
