§#.1 Definitions

§#.1.1 "AI" and "Artificial intelligence" are defined as any Large Language Models (LLM) or otherwise Artificial Neural Network (ANN) used to create or modify content.

§#.1.2 "AI content" is defined as any content generated solely with AI with no human intervention

§#.1.3 "AI assisted content" is defined as any content created with assistance or guidance from an AI but was mostly created by a person(s).

§#.2 Terms

§#.2.1 Prohibition of AI content
All "AI content" (Unless explicitly marked and outside of official proceedings) is prohibited. While punishment for such a crime is up to the acting president, courts(If applicable), and congress to determine such a breach often causes timeout or prohibition from voting in elections, or even banning in severe cases.

§#.2.2 Select allowance of AI assisted content
(i) AI assisted content is generally allowed. However certain restrictions apply.
(ii) Such assisted content must be used for reference, satire, or comment or otherwise not use directly generated text. Assistance is allowed. Actual pasting of AI generated text constitutes violating §#.2.1.
(iii) Such content must have a disclaimer if used in official voting, campaigns, and/or other government proceedings.

§#.3 Modification
Any modification(s) to this law just be approved by the people by whatever means is currently used to pass new laws.
