Whereas that all authority of government, whether legislative, judicial or executive comes from the people, and that all proceedings of the Judiciary must be fair;
And whereas that heretofore the laws of the Judiciary have been mostly, but not perfectly defined in agreement with this principle, the laws of the Judiciary shall hereby be amended thus:

That the form of trial defined as summary judgement shall be abolished.
That all proceedings of the Judiciary in any trial shall be screenshotted and posted on the subreddit by the Chief Justice, the head officer of the Judiciary, that office being herein defined; that the citizens may know what is going on.
And that if due to that the citizens disapprove of the proceedings of the trial, if at least 75% of the citizens of the subreddit, in a public petition or survey, voice their disapproval, the trial shall be ruled a mistrial and shall be restarted.
The Council shall have the power to enforce these amendments to the laws of the Judiciary by appropriate legislation.
