With the expansion to DoR, I believe it high time for some basic kind of citizenship for TG to fight potential voter fraud and bandwagoning that might happen if we keep up our open border policy. So, I'll lay out the basic plan for citizenship.

A minimum amount of time spent in the sub before being allowed to vote in elections. (one week, for example)
have some kind of activity on the sub, this can be making posts or commenting on posts.
have some basic citizenship test before being allowed to run for office, starting a company or make a political party.

Now this can be expanded or changed based on the needs of the sub and making it as friendly as possible for new members to get in as well.
