Femboy Act

Bill Identifier: 20260110-0

Summary: No description

Raw Contents:

So recently I just realized that we as citizens pretty much CANNOT change what powers the Council does and does not have. Which is a bit unfair for us all, if Council decides to block everything that would effect them. Why would we let the people who would be most corrupt decide exactly what they want? That just kinda ruins the whole point of checks and balances. So I propose:

The Femboy Act

proposed by u/Kooky_Marketing_327 of the FUCK party on 01.09.26

That whenever a bill that affects or changes the Council's power is proposed by a citizen, the proposer of the bill can request a special election be held for this bill, rather than going through to Council.

        This special election will:

be held/posted by the Minister of Elections

be hosted on whatever platform the Minister chooses/uses for regular elections

            given to all citizens

be bound to all the same regulations as regular elections

be held within 2 days of the proposal being proposed

require a 75% majority "yes" to pass

The Council can object to this special election through a 4/7 council vote (this can be overturned by regular presidential vetoes and subject to same veto rules/overturns)

The Council may also reject this bill if it passes through a 6/7 council vote (still subject to presidential vetoes and veto rules/overturns)

If the proposer of the bill would like the bill to go to the Council rather than special vote, they can also do that.

This bill will take effect (if it passes) immediately.

This proposal is completely open to any amendments.
