Section 1: non-femboys will be defined as people who are not femboys

Section 2: non-femboys cannot vote, hold government positions, own property, say no to a femboy, use public services, own corporations, collect any form of welfare, and hold party leadership positions 

Section 3: non-femboys pay a 50% income tax of which the income is distributed to femboys

Section 4: femboys are tax exempt

Section 5: every femboy holds the right to go to the center of the capital, pick up a non-femboy, and spank them

Section 6: femboy religion is the state religion and will be taught in all schools

Section 7: femboys cannot be arrested or charged with any crime

Section 8: non-femboys cannot be employed by the government outside of hard labor

Section 9: non-femboys are exempt from labor protections and minimum wage

Section 10: every non-femboy must sing some femboy form of "are you ready for ze new world order", every morning, as long as it is deemed sufficiently femboy themed
