Article I: Beginning in the next election season, every Presidential candidate will have a running mate of their choosing who will be their Vice President in the case that they are elected.

Article II: The Vice President will have 3 purposes: 1, Advising the President, 2, being the President's successor, and 3, acting as the President’s voice on the Council.

Article III: In the case of a tie due to the 10 member count (mentioned in Article VI), the VP’s vote will be the tiebreaker.

Article IV: If the President steps down, the Vice President will take up their mantle and appoint a Vice President of their own. The Succeeding President shall nominate someone for the position of Vice President, and a special election shall occur three days after the Original President’s impeachment or resigning for the confirmation of the Vice President.

Article V: If at any point the President becomes unhappy with their Vice President, they may may initiate a vote within the council to terminate the Vice President's position and enact a special election to appoint a new one.

Article VI: To allow for Article III’s implementation, a 10th council member will be added to the council, which will be instilled next election season. There is to be no special election for this council member upon ratification.
