Article 1: Upon passage this act will create a new department, called the Department of Documentation which will be comprised of four new ministerial positions for additional curation of the wiki. 1 of which is the minister of documentation. The other 3 being part of the ministry.
Article 2: These will be confirmed by council in the normal way
Article 3: The minister of library will be head of the department
