Due to recent changes in Discord’s policies, numerous members have raised concerns about relying on it as the sole off-platform communication channel.

Accordingly, the following proposal is submitted:

**§1.** The TeenGovernment Matrix room, located at [https://matrix.to/#/#teengovernment:matrix.org](https://matrix.to/#/#teengovernment:matrix.org), shall be recognized as an officially sanctioned communication platform.

**§2.** The aforementioned room shall be governed and moderated in accordance with the same standards currently applied to the official TeenGovernment Discord server.

**§3.** This measure shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
