Article 1: One person can't own more than three businesses.

Article 2: co-owners can take 50% stake in a business to make it that each person can own UP TO 50% of 6 businesses or three business.

Article 3: Holdings companies require CEOS of the individual holdings that are different people than the CEO of the holdings company.

Article 4: This does not apply to businesses that are entirely service based.

Article 5: This takes effect immediately upon passing
