The Estrogen Act

This act sees to add a new thing to automod. A meme so to say. The trigger word to trigger the automod rule can be anything the council decides, yet the trigger word must remain hidden from the public to keep it fun and start it randomly. Here is an example rule for it.

The wording and everything of this automod rule can be changed. However the word cannot be frog as that will ruin it because everyone will know the word.

If this act is passed, the moderators will be required to implement this with the trigger word and message of the Council's choice.
