Expand Our Borders Act
Preface: Recently with the drying up on the Reddit and Discord, an observation made by u/WereNoStrangers I believe this is because we aren't getting new people into the sub and people just don't know we exist so that is why is bringing this act to the Council to expand our border while keeping the idea that only people 19 and under can be politicians.
^(Article I: A TG ran YouTube channel to tell the stories about what is happing in the server user submit stories to the channel can be used if the news is slow but can't be it solo lifeline.)
^(Article II: Adding another minister (Minster of Foreign Relations) ^(to handle promoting the sub and discord to other places with high members of teenagers.))
This can be added on to as I don't have much experience making bills, but this should be a good starting point.
