Test the sub's legal system

We have at least three private law firms, a judiciary, public prosecutors and defenders, and yet there has never been a lawsuit. So here's what I propose.
Article 1: An alt account will be created or used to be sued.
Article 2: The alt will be created by a member of the community
Article 3: The alt will violate some law, independently decided by the council
Article 3A: the mods will do something to stop the alt from doing the thing that they were doing
Article 4: The alt will choose a defender from the many law firms, or they will be appointed from the list of public defenders
Article 5: A public prosecutor will be chosen among the elected prosecutors
Article 6: All legal procedures will be followed until the trial concludes.
