Preface: The Accountability, Reproducibility, Persistence, and Documentation organization or commonly **ARPD** has had a long-standing reputation of accurate and recent information on r/Teengovernment for the longest time. Being founded less than 2 weeks after the sub itself was created they've served the community faithfully for most of the subs life at this point. Despite this fact the ARPD has never been officially regulated nor recognized as an official source for information. Therefore- after a poll which the result to whether or not the ARPD should be government-regulated showed favor for regulation as long as it didn't damper the "lawful chaotic" style the ARPD holds to we've decided to set forth the following.




§1 Recognition

The ARPD shall henceforth be considered an official, reputable source for bills, parties, member info, and other important information.




§2 Regulation and duties


§2.1 Government ministers and ministries

(a) The ARPD shall provide active login credentials to view, edit, and update information on any ARPD-run website which is capable of being updated.


(b) The Aforementioned ministers and ministries shall update- when the see fit, persuant information on the ARPD system. exempli gratia: The minister of press whose job pertains to announcing the status of bills may update the ARPD law-tracker when said law is passed.


§2.2 Regulations and restrictions upon the ARPD and its members

(a) No ARPD member shall knowingly take a partisan action in an official capacity.

(b) The ARPD keeps the right to shut down non-critical services in protest of actions it sees as a threat to r/teengovernment itself as long as core information such as Bill information is still accessible.

(c) New members of the ARPD must be approved by either the president or council.

(d) Existing members of the ARPD at the signing of this bill shall not have to take part in the previous term.




§3 Enforcement
This bill shall go into effect upon passing.
