My proposal (that I probably should've submitted back when it was thought of) is a simple limitation on when a crime can still be tried. \#1: The time limit, if accepted, would be 3 months after the original crime was committed \#2: This does not extend to crimes committed before this was put into effect \#3: This right may be revoked for a certain individual if the justices decide upon the crime being so heinous that they must be tried anyway. (This is intended for bullying, harassment, or causing any harm) \#4: Time spent banned or timed out is not added to the limitation. If you spend a month banned, there is still 3 months that you may be brought to trial. This is a very basic summarization on what my idea would be
