so this is really rushed sorry. so like remember last election people dropped out and votes ahd to be changed? well this bill helps fiz that:
teheehee ~~amendment~~ act
proposed by u/Kooky_Marketing_327 of the FUCK party on 03.03.26

1. Adds 1 extra "backup" vote to ballots,
2. backup vote will only be counted in case one of the other chosen candidates drops out or is taken off ballot/race,
3. backup vote treated like normal besides unless #2 situation takes place.
4. bill is going to effect us immediately
