Preface: Just a basic act setting up a framework for a public education system like in most countries, does not prohibit private education. A simple framework for education programs.
Article I: A department of education, under the economic minister, shall be lead by someone choose by the economic minister, or apointed by the president and confirmed by council.
Article II: This department shall lead the creation of free quality education within the economy
Article III: If scholarships for private higher education or charter programs are created the department of education shall manage said programs.
