Summary: Justices may grant a convict the punishment of "community service" instead of a pure ban. \#1: This may only occur for minor crimes (ex: it cannot be for bullying, harassment, doxing, NSFW posts, fraud, personal attacks, threats, or the breaking of another user's human rights). \#2: The justices, if they see fit, may lower or completely remove a sentence if they settle upon 'community service'. This requires a 2/3 Majority approval rate or above, rounded down, in a vote between justices. \#3: Community service may include the following. 1: Updating wiki pages (if a user inputs invalid information or spam in the wiki pages, they will lose this privilege and return to trial for resentencing. Updating a wiki article is only available for articles that the ministry of documentation has specifically marked; if none are available, then this segment is to be ignored.). 2: Unpaid labor in objectively community assisting companies (Registered Non-Governmental Organizations, yet the justices are up to deciding the location, it cannot be a government-run organization) \#4: This proposition would also force the responsibility of ensuring the convict serves their sentence to a prison guard, the one being decided among the online justices. Failure to ensure the sentence is done will result on the very guard being placed on trial on whether they shall remain in their position. \#5: After 2 entire days on the dot (48 hours) if the sentence has yet to see any significant progress, the convict is to be resentenced in court for their original ban. Significant progress is up to the presiding guard, but may be overturned by the justices on a unanimous decision. \#6: A convict may always deny community service, a decision which may not be overturned by a justice, and in this circumstance, they must be issued a normal sentencing. Once given, the convict may not request community service, losing this privilege. \#7: A convict may only be punished to a community service sentence that could be completed in a reasonable time. A sentence that would require a convict to spend more than an hour a day would be deemed excessive punishment. \#8: A sentence's time limit is to be decided upon by the justices on a 2/3 vote. \#9: This is considered to be a voluntary alternative to incarceration. All community service is seen as consented to and not falling under any forced labor/slavery legal issues. Refusal to perform community service is completely up to the convict and their legal right. \#10: Serving community service should be recorded, as well as falling under the Criminal Records Act. Definitions: A sentencing that may fall under community service is as follows \*Non-malicious spam (Minimum of 20 messages a minute, but less than 30) \*Incorrect flairing \*Slightly offensive humor (Up to the offended party, but if it is to the point of racial, religious, or discriminatory, it immediately breaks rule 1 and cannot be considered as this point \*undisclosed Alt use (if the alt is used for election fraud, this is considered null) \- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Definitions: A sentencing that may fall under community service is as follows \*Non-malicious spam (Minimum of 20 messages a minute, but less than 30) \*Incorrect flairing. (the only situation in which incorrect flairing could lead to community service is repeated offenses, repeated offenses being a minimum of 3 incorrect post flairing, this count being reset every 2 months) \*undisclosed Alt use (if the alt is used for election fraud, this is considered null, and another sentence must be given)
