so like the other one didnt pass so like I amended what bob said, and added another thingy so here it is:

proposed by u/Kooky_Marketing_327 of the FUCK party on 03.11.26

1. Census posting requirements
2. The Minister of Census MUST post at least one ad to fill out the census (including the census form) every week,
3. If this requirement is not met for 2 weeks in a row, the Minister will be removed from their position immediately,
4. Moderators must also pin this post,
5. this requirement may be waived for a week if another user already made a pinned post dedicated to advertising the census,
6. Census fraud prevention,
7. The census will now add a required question for users' voter registration codes,
8. An "I don't have a code yet" option will be added, and the users who pick this option will be background checked by the Minister of Census for account age, general karma, and other general things done to check for bots or alts,
9. any Minister of Census caught tampering with census results with nefarious intent (up to court) will immediately be removed from their position,
10. This bill will be implemented immediately upon passing.
