Article I: After the passage of this bill, all amendments which are not proposed during a constitutional crisis or other such emergency shall, after being passed by the council, be turned into a poll for all citizens of r/TeenGovernment to vote upon.
Article II: The poll shall include 3 questions asking the voter their username, their voter code, and whether they support the amendment’s passage.
Article III: The question about whether the voter supports the amendment’s passage shall have two and only two answers, those being “aye” and “nay”
Article IV: This poll must be posted within 72 hours of the passage of an amendment by the council and must be open for a time between 24 and 72 hours. The length of the poll within this timeframe shall be decided at the minister of elections’ discretion.
Article V: Once the poll on the amendment is closed, if over 50% of the votes are for the amendment’s passage, then the amendment will be passed. Otherwise, the amendment will fail.
