Article I: After this bill is passed, a post flair containing the words and only the words “Idea for a Proposition” must be created within 168 hours of the passage of this bill. Article II: This flair is meant to be used on posts which contain an idea for a proposition to council which may be debated upon before a final draft is proposed to the council in a separate post.
