I. TeenGovernment shall now have a system of mutual aid that is organized cooperatively by its citizens throughout the nation.
II. Mutual Aid includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing of Food
- Assistance with Housing
- Public Healthcare
- Emergency and Disaster Relief Funds
- Care for the Vulnerable
III. Mutual Aid Organizations will be non-hierarchical, transparent, and be completely voluntary.
IV. The government will help bring coordination between mutual aid organizations without controlling them.
