Overview: It is abundantly clear after recent confusion that there must be greater clarity in how the census is engaged. This proposition intends to grant the Minister of Census certain authorities regarding census results. The Minister of Census shall be allowed to change census results regarding a citizen changing party registration and re-registering.
Article I: One may change their party registration by speaking with the Minister of Census requesting as such.
Article II: If a person ever loses their voter registration code, they may request a new one from the Minister of Census
Article III: If someone fills out the census in a technically improper way, the submission will be removed.

• Though, the Minister of Census shall allow and if reasonably possible, request the person to fill out the census again.

Article IV: No one can fill out the census multiple times except as stated in Article III of this amendment. This includes use of alt accounts, though they already cannot fill it out.
Article V: The Minister of Census cannot alter the direct census results except when explicitly allowed by law such as in Article I and III.
