Overview: I feel that allowing a Councilmember to serve in their seat as well as the Vice Presidency makes one person far too powerful over the Council, considering the tiebreaking vote. Referencing Section II: Article V&VI, the a Councilmember must resign in case they become President, why isn’t this the case for the Vice President?
Article I: One may not simultaneously hold a Council seat as well as the Vice Presidency.
Article II: One may run for Vice President as well as for Council, but must forsake their Council seat to the runner-up in the event that they ascend to the Vice Presidency.
\- The incumbent Vice President may run for council if they are consecutively term-limited or are not seeking re-election to the Vice Presidency
