Bob was right, the 30-day rule is a tad harsh, but won't kill it, so This amendment would add Articles 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5 to the Ombudsman act. Adding the following: 2.3: An exception to Article 2.1 may occur under the following circumstances: No other possible candidates exist, an emergency state based upon low population occurs, the population of registered citizens under the Census is under 20, or if a user seeks immunity from 2.1. This must be asked for and approved before the 20th of each month; failure to propose it in a timely manner shall lead to disqualification for immunity by the user. 2.4: A user may be granted immunity by requesting council; council must grant them a 50%+1 vote to immunity. A president may, at their own discretion, veto this immunity. 2.5: This shall only take effect during the April elections and henceforth.
