This act intends to make a term limit of 4 terms for each president. (BOB IDC IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS, FIGHT ME) This is to curb slow dictatorship attempts over long periods of time which would be hard to catch and instead force any wanna-be dictators using that route to try to do it quickly which is incredibly obvious and can be easily stopped via the legal system already in place. If this Proposition is passed this will be implemented into the Constitution.
If this amendment is passed in the middle of a presidential term which is more than their 4th term, at the end of their term they will not be able to run again after it.
