Original text: The Minister of Library must create a set of all laws and the constitution in a manner and time which meets their personal needs, this shall be referred to as "THE LAWBOOK" and shall be updated as needed and is public
Article I: Section XIV, Article V of the Constitution shall be repealed.
Article II: This amendment goes into effect upon passing in Council.
(Note: We messed up with the Constitution, bear with us!)
