Article I - The council shall be elected every month by the members of the subreddit, every one month, election seasons starting on the 20th and ending on the 27th with a 72 hour voting period. To be eligible to run, a candidate must comply with the definition of **"citizen" in Section 6 Article I** and must have not served greater than three consecutive terms in council.
