Preface: To curb the risks of the judiciary imposing overly harsh sentences, this amendment creates certain limitations
Article 1: The judiciary and admins can only issue permanent bans in cases where, extreme emotional or physical harm occurred, clear intentional damage to democracy occurs, ​or where one maliciously attempts these things.
Article 2: In the cases where one is coerced or was clearly not in a state of mind where they could properly make their own decisions permanent bans cannot apply.
Article 3: In the case new evidence about their state of mind or other circumstances that if previously discovered may have lead to a less harsh sentence, the guilty party with court approval can have a hearing by the judiciary to alter sentencing.
