Overview - witnesses can be proved as expert witnesses which allows them to testify opinions in court under their expertise
Article 1:
An expert witnesses is defined in court as someone who
\-holds or has help a position that would reasonably grant them knowledge in said field
\-someone who has held that position for a reasonable amount of time (a month)
Article 2:
An expert may testify to their opinion as long as:
\-it is a reasonable conclusion to the evidence and data shown
\-it is in the scope of their expertise defined in court
Article 3:
Expert witnesses may not give their opinion on the ultimate issue (ex: an expert witness in a murder trial may not testify that the defendant did or did not commit the crime) though it may embrace it
