Article 1: Not even going to bother naming this.
1.1: If an act/bill should’ve been considered an amendment and it passes through council it is to work properly even under the incorrect classification.
1.2: If a user catches the fact it should’ve been an amendment they may post it and remove the bill/act immediately. This has a time limit of a month.
1.3: After a month the bill is to be considered an amendment.
1.4: This affects past bills.
1.5: If an act/bill was passed before the constitution was created it is considered always valid and does not need to be labeled an amendment.
1.6: Council may choose to remove a bill/act turned into an amendment by this bill with a 5/7 vote.
