I.I: Backup votes shall count as an actual vote in the case of an unexpected vacancy on the Council after a ballot has been sent out.

Article II: Enactment and Destruction of the Amendment

II.I: This amendment shall take affect immediately upon passage

II.II: After the April Special Elections have concluded and the Council vacancies are filled, the amendment will be declared void.
