Article 1: Any coalition which does not directly make clear it endorses candidates shall be considered a "Non electoral coalition" and if not made publicly clear before election season which begins the 20th they will not be allowed to endorse candidates
Article 2: A "Non electoral coalition" is unaffected by any rules limiting coalition size
