so like we always say a bill was “vetoed” when the president didn’t veto it so it get confusing right. so to fix this I propose:
the dihydrogen monoxide amendment
proposed by u/Kooky_Marketing_327 of the FUCK party on 04.09.26

1. on transparency posts and the post flairs for props/amendments voted down by council, they must now use the term “rejected” rather than “vetoed”
2. this only applies to things voted down by council. if president vetoes it may be listed as vetoed
3. bill happen effect inmediatory
