Article 1: Any justice appointment made before or during the passage of this amendment will be considered legal and they shall remain justices and legally be considered as if they were justices since appointment.
Article 2: Justice candidates can be nominated and voted on in council, appointed by simple majority vote, candidates must make clear they wish to be considered to be voted on. This overrides previous methods of appointment.
