Article 1: Any coalition which makes endorsements will be considered an electoral coalition, just as before this has no relation to primaries or running their own candidates, only making endorsements
Article 2: Coalition size regulations only apply to electoral coalitions
Article 3: A coalition that wishes to make any endorsements must make clear they are an electoral coalition which makes endorsements before campaigning begins on the 20th
Article 4: Endorsements just as before do not inherently need to be towards members of the coalition
