Introduction
This act establishes the highest form of punishment within the TeenGov community to address the most severe violations, ensuring protection of institutional integrity and community safety.
Article I
A punishment known as Digital Capital Punishment shall be introduced as the most severe penalty within the jurisdiction of TeenGov.
Article II
Digital Capital Punishment shall consist of:
i)Indefinite ban from the subreddit
ii)Immediate removal from all affiliated Discord servers
iii)Permanent disqualification from participation in any official or associated platforms
Article III
This punishment shall be applied in cases of extreme violations including but not limited to:
i)Repeated ban evasion
ii)Election fraud or interference with electoral processes
iii)Abuse or unlawful use of any authority
iv)Acts deemed unconstitutional under the TeenGovernment Constitution
v)Organized disruption or deliberate harm to the stability and integrity of the community
Article IV
The punishment shall be indefinite in duration and shall remain in effect permanently unless granted clemency or pardoned.
Article V
All moderators, admins, and relevant authorities shall be obligated to enforce this punishment across all TeenGovernment affiliated platforms.
