§1 Definitions
§1.1 "AI" and "Artificial intelligence" are defined as any Large Language Models (LLM) or otherwise Artificial Neural Network (ANN) used to create or modify content.
§1.2 "AI content" is defined as any content generated solely with AI with no human intervention
§1.3 "AI assisted content" is defined as any content created with assistance or guidance from an AI but was mostly created by a person(s).
§2 Terms
§2.0 The bills Prohibition of AI generated content and guides on AI assisted content (20251209-1) and Anti AI content act shall be nullified to avoid confusion.
§2.1 Prohibition of AI content

• (i) All "AI content" (Unless explicitly marked and outside of official proceedings) is prohibited.
• (ii) AI content is explicitly allowed if used for: reference, satire, comment, or otherwise not used directly.

§2.2 Select allowance of AI assisted content
Assistance is allowed (e.g. spellcheckers). Direct use of AI content or AI assisted content constitutes violating §2.1.
§2.3 Punishments

• (i) The standard punishment for accidental use of AI content is a 1 day ban and/or timeout.
• (ii) The standard punishment for intentional use of AI content is a 7 day ban.
• (iii) Moderators, the courts, and/or and pursuant authority have discretion to lengthen or shorten these standard punishments based on circumstances.

§3 This law shall go into affect upon passing.
