Article 1: "Any association of parties and/or individuals which are not a singular party" shall now be the definition of coalition
Article 2.1: Any coalition which attempts to support candidates in or out of their coalition is labeled an "electoral coalition"
Article 2.2: For the sake of being regulated as such any electoral coalition must make clear they are an electoral coalition (can be as simple as a short post) before campaign season (the 20th of each month) to make endorsements (this endorsement does not need to be by primary or be a coalition member but can be) (this does not prevent or inhibit coalitions which are not electoral in any way)
Article 3: Regulations on the maximum size of a coalition only apply to electoral coalitions
