Article 3: The Ombudsman can, to prevent increased workload, recruit people for assistance. However, they will not be allowed to investigate cases related to their own party.

Article 4: In extreme circumstances, the election can be deferred by a maximum of 7 days by the council with presidential approval. It must be announced at least 3 days before the intended start of the election season. This can only be done once per election, and the council must provide a valid reason for such a delay.
Article 4.1: Such a delay may be struck down by the judiciary if they deem there to be no valid reason.
