§1: Terms
§1.1: No public entity, party, or other TeenGovernment-related entity may use any public symbol as their own or display it as such.
§1.2: A public symbol shall be defined as anything recognizable as a symbol of a government agency or the government as a whole. This includes the crests of any government and/or government-regulated entity including but not limited to: Judicial branch, Executive branch, Council, and/or any symbols relate to the moderator(s) of an official teengovernment platform along with the official flag of the subreddit.
§1.3: Exceptions for use of public symbols may be requested and voted upon my council for a basic majority. This action is exempt from the waiting period.
§1.4: Any spaces officially representing holder of said symbol may use a symbol with explicit approval from the head of said entity.
§2: Enactment
§2.1: This proposition shall go into affect immediately after passing.
